1. Product orders
- You may request cancellation of a product order before it is invoiced / dispatched from our facility, subject to system cut-off times.
- Once an order moves to “shipped†or equivalent status, cancellation may not be possible; return or replacement is then governed by the Refund & Return Policy.
- Cancellation requests should be lodged through your account on the portal (where enabled) or by writing to [email protected] with order reference and registered mobile/email.
2. Paid activations / purchases linked to distributor ID
Amounts collected are predominantly towards product purchases and authorised business enrolment as per the plan.
Accordingly, cancellations after fulfilment or activation follow statutory requirements and Company rules; routine “change of mind†cancellations may not apply once digital or physical fulfilment has completed.
3. Cooling-off period
Where consumer protection norms or sector guidelines recognise a cooling-off or refund window for specific transactions, those provisions apply in addition to this policy (the Company may provide specific instructions on your invoice or welcome communication).
4. Erroneous or duplicate payments
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or transferred funds twice by mistake, contact us promptly with proof of payment so we may verify and rectify in accordance with banking timelines and audits.
5. How we confirm cancellation
Approved cancellations are communicated by email/SMS or through your dashboard. Until you receive confirmation, assume the original order remains active.
