1. What you can report

  • Order, delivery, billing or product-quality issues
  • Portal access, login or profile concerns
  • Payment or payout queries (with transaction references)
  • Any conduct that appears inconsistent with our Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy

2. How to lodge a grievance

Email [email protected] with subject line “GRIEVANCE — [short topic]”. Include your full name, registered member/customer ID (if any), contact number, order or invoice references, and a factual description with dates.

3. Acknowledgement & resolution

We endeavour to acknowledge grievances promptly and investigate with relevant teams (logistics, accounts, technical support). Complex matters involving banks or carriers may take longer while third parties verify information; we will keep you reasonably informed where practicable.

4. Appeals

If you remain dissatisfied after the Company’s substantive response, you may refer to statutory consumer remedies or mediation forums available under applicable Indian law over and above these internal mechanisms.

5. Complaints requiring law enforcement

Cyber fraud or impersonation should also be reported to local authorities without delay. You may optionally share the police reference with us when relevant to safeguarding other users.
