This policy applies to purchases and transactions with Aarambh Wellness Marketing Pvt. Ltd. through
www.arevaaaarambh.com.
Amounts collected are principally for products and authorised services; returns and refunds operate as below and along with statutory rights.
1. General stance on returns
Health, wellness and FMCG-related products are often hygiene-sensitive once opened. Except where required by law or where manufacturing defect /
expiry / wrong-item delivery is documented, discretionary “buyer’s change of mind†returns may not apply.

2. Defective, damaged or wrong item
- Notify support within 48 hours of delivery through [email protected] or the approved ticket channel, including photos of the carton, invoice and SKU/batch wherever visible.
- After verification, we may arrange replacement as per logistics feasibility, or corrective measures consistent with warranties and statutory obligations.
3. Refunds (money-back)
If a refund is due after cancellation (where eligible per Cancellation Policy) or correction of an over-payment,
it is ordinarily processed using the original payment mode subject to issuer/bank timelines. No interest accrues on refund processing periods controlled by PSPs/banks.
4. Courier & pick-up charges
For approved returns attributable to vendor error or defect on record, reversal may include reasonable logistics coordination as communicated at the time of approval.
5. Fraud & chargebacks
The Company contests fraudulent disputes with evidence retained in order systems. Repeated misuse may lead to suspended access as permitted by agreement and law.
6. Consultants & business purchases
Business-volume purchases tied to enrolment operate under Commission / plan rules and disclosures. Ordinary retail return policies may not transpose to such enrolment-linked purchases except as prescribed.
7. Escalations
Unresolved disputes may follow the Grievance process and applicable consumer-protection routes in India.
