There is no fee for joining. Everyone may register with Aarambh Wellness Marketing Pvt. Ltd. without a joining fee. A Consultant (also referred to as a Direct Seller) is a person appointed on a principal-to-principal basis to sell, distribute and market the Company’s products and services under this framework and agrees with the business plan and all applicable terms and laws of the Company.

The Consultant must be an Indian citizen, at least 18 years of age, and competent to contract. The Company may accept or decline an application without assigning a reason. The distributor is required to pay the value of product purchases through authorised methods in favour of Aarambh Wellness Marketing Pvt. Ltd. as described on our Banking Details page.

The Consultant has the right to promote the plan and business opportunities regarding products offered by the Company under the commission system, subject to rules, regulations, policies and procedures framed by the Company from time to time. The Consultant understands that income is based on commission as per the business plan described in brochures, the website and other official literature.

The Consultant wishes to purchase products offered by the Company. Amounts paid are towards purchase of products; they are not deposits or investments and are not refundable or transferable except as required by law or our published policies. Doing business is optional.

The Company will confirm the Consultant’s user ID only after receipt of full payment; only then is the person treated as an independent distributor or consultant. Consultants should introduce or sponsor new consultants in their downline only after their own user ID is confirmed.

After free online registration, the user ID is activated only by purchasing products of the prescribed business volume (for example, 2300 BV), as notified from time to time.

The Company reserves the exclusive right to modify, enhance or amend the business plan, commission system, pricing, rules, regulations, policies, terms, conditions and procedures without prior notice.

The Consultant agrees that sale commission closing is as per Company policy (for example, weekly), and TDS and other statutory deductions apply as per law.

The Company is not responsible for loss of data, errors, delays or connectivity issues due to non-functioning or breakdown of servers or the website, or for other technical problems beyond reasonable control.

In case of fault, damage or other technical issues with a product, consumers and consultants should contact the Company through the prescribed support channels.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with other users, or misrepresent the Company’s products or income potential. Marketing must follow applicable law, including consumer protection and direct-selling guidelines as may apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmednagar or other competent courts in Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
